From the fridged depths of 5000' ft. plus, BP has put their heads together and they put a giant wedding ring around it and all of the sudden it just stopped putting out!
Now if we can harness this strategry, we can wed the politicans in DC to the constitution and they will stop putting out or at least stop screwing us regularly!
