If there is any truth to this, it looks like it is a step toward bringing the States' National Guard under Federal control. Boy, THAT oughtta be a HUGE RED FLAG! Socialism on parade, ya think?
Am I reading this wrong? I think he's countering the states' rights movement.
I don't think the states will quite go along with this, and it may well be challenged (imho)??
