I wish all of you a happy and healthy New Year. May the year to come bring a better future for our country. I have set my mind and heart to be closer to family and friends. The greatest blessing I have been given is my wife. She continues to spark an uncontrollable fire within me. Through good and bad, she has always been the rock I cling to. I pray you all find that constant. And those of you that have, rekindle the embers. I hope this little tune will help.

Blue - I can't recall another voice as sultry as hers. What a singer. And Stan Getz nails the duet, matching the same emotion on sax. What a song. Another great one w/ Getz "girl from Ipanema". Ck out him and Coltrane 1960 at Dussledorf Germany(I think) pretty rare footage(on youtuber).

Red or as I just found out,aka- Carmen Sandiego, I hope you are blessed this new year with all you and yours need. Mostly that would be the love only family can provide. That song is great isn't it? I can think of one other that puts a sultry lust ladened voice to equally emotion filled words and music (Sade, ordinary love). Yep this old crusty pirate knows my true love isn't the sea, she the rock - I throw myself against.
